Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy
We aim to provide timely and reliable shipping for all physical merchandise.
A. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-orders or limited edition items may have extended processing times, clearly stated on the product page.
B. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use trusted shipping providers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout, when available.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
C. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
- Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses may experience additional delays.
D. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at nicholas@sagas.store within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
A. Digital Products
- All sales of digital products (music, comics, downloads, game content, etc.) are final.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted for digital goods once delivered.
B. Physical Products
- Returns or exchanges for clothing, cards, and other merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at nicholas@sagas.store with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
D. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.
3. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases
- All sales for limited-edition items and pre-orders are final unless the product is defective.
- Expected shipping dates will be noted on the product page.
